① Press-Work Operator

    • Manufacture of precision metal parts with progressive or single press (installation and adjustment of molds, unloading of scraps etc.)
    • Dimensional inspection (profile projector, image measuring instrument, vernier caliper etc.)
    • Visual inspection (scratches, dents, deformation, discoloration etc.)
 

② General Worker

    • Brazing of precision metal parts
    • Assembling of metal parts
    • Spot welding
    • Brazing of assembled parts
    • Appearance and visual inspection of products
    • Cleaning of precision metal parts and products
    • Caulking of precision metal parts
 

③ Sheet Metal Worker

    • Manufacture of precision parts in turret punch press, brake press
    • CAD/CAM related to attaching, adjusting and manufacturing of mold
    • Dimensional inspection with profile projector, image measuring machine and vernier caliper
    • Visual inspection (scratches and dents)
 

④ Inspector (Part-Time)

    • Inspection and packing work of precision metal parts/products (visual acuity 20/25 or more required)
    • Assembling metal parts
    • Prepare for shipping items
